Who we are

aep motion is made by InspireMotion. Write to [email protected] with any question about this policy.

What we collect

Account. Your email address, your name if you give one, and a hashed version of your password. We never store the password itself.

Subscription. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle sends us your subscription status, the plan and the renewal date. We do not see or store card numbers.

The panel. When you sign in from the panel, it sends an identifier and name for your computer, the host app and its version, your operating system and the panel version. We use them to enforce the three-computer limit and to show you which computers are signed in.

Error reports. Only when you press Send: your description, the panel and app versions, the error message, the list of installed packs and the last actions in the panel. Your email is included if you tick the contact box.

Support and newsletter. What you type into a form on this site or in your account: your email, name, topic and message. The newsletter list holds your email until you unsubscribe.

Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

What we use it for

To run your account and subscription, to decide which packs the panel may download, to answer your messages, to fix the bugs you report, and to send the emails you asked for. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare hosts the site and the database. Paddle processes payments. Our email provider delivers account and support emails. Each of them only receives what it needs for that job.

How long we keep it

Account data while the account exists and for 30 days after you delete it. Error reports for one year. Support messages for two years. Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can see and change your details in your account, remove computers, and unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in every email. To export or delete everything we hold about you, email [email protected] and we do it within 30 days.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Sign-in tokens can be revoked from your account at any time.

Children

aep motion is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell account holders by email and update the date at the top.
