The short, readable version of the agreement between you and InspireMotion when you use aep motion. Last updated October 30, 2026.

The panel

The aep motion panel is free. You may install it on as many computers as you like and use it with any pack you own, wherever you bought it. You may not reverse-engineer, repackage or redistribute the panel.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can sign in from the panel on up to three computers at a time and remove computers from your account page.

Pro subscription

Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment partner Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your invoice. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you pay and can change for future periods with notice by email.

Refunds

If Pro is not for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Renewals are not refunded, so cancel before the renewal date. Where consumer law gives you more, that applies.

Template license

While you have Pro, and for anything you created during that time, you may use every pack in the library in your own and your clients' videos, including commercial, broadcast and social media work, with no limit on views or clients. Free packs come with the same license, forever.

You may not share, sell, sublicense or give away the template files, .mvp packs or their contents, include them in a product that competes with aep motion, or use them in a trademark or logo as the main element. Packs bought elsewhere, for example on Envato, are covered by that marketplace's license instead.

Promo codes

Promo codes are for the person they were given to, can be used once per account unless stated otherwise, and may expire. We may cancel codes that are shared publicly without permission.

Fair use and termination

We may suspend accounts that share credentials, abuse promo codes or try to circumvent the device limit. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. We may discontinue a pack or the service with at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period.

Warranty and liability

aep motion is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and compatible with current versions of After Effects and Premiere Pro, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
